You’ll specifically need Occupational Therapy included in your extras. We offer HICAPS claiming—just bring your health fund card or your preferred payment option.
Do you accept DVA, WorkCover referrals? Yes. With an active referral provided by your medical practitioner, these consultations are fully covered with no gap.
Does Medicare cover the session? Medicare only contributes to therapy when you have a GP‑issued Team Care Plan. This plan is only suitable for certain conditions, so it’s best to speak with your doctor first. A gap fee will apply for the remainder of the appointment cost and any consumables provided.
What should I bring to my appointment? Any X‑rays, scans, medical reports or referral letters are helpful. Wear clothing that allows easy access to your arm or hand.
